Lee Industries' personalized sales/service organization works with customers to meet all processing needs with the best design, service, and finest quality.Salary RangeNegotiable depending on qualifications Standard Hours11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sunday thru Thursday + Overtime Job Description Direct, coordinate, and supervise the entire night shift operations Create and maintain a team environment with positive morale Mentor employees and develop new skills for cross training Assign, direct, and instruct employees as needed to meet tight schedules to achieve aggressive production goals Manage quality, delivery, and cost for night shift while maintaining safety as the most important factor Manage departmental budgets with a constant goal of reducing costs while improving quality Interpret ASME code regulations and lead code inspections Resolve production difficulties in a team atmosphere Read and interpret engineering prints and job specifications Maintain  (in MS Excel) the daily production schedule to meet required delivery dates Monitor availability and quality of raw materials and supplies Prepare needed analysis and reports for cost reduction projects Maintain work areas for safety and efficient production flow Perform other related duties as instructed by upper managementBenefits Medical insurance 401(k) Paid Vacation Paid holidays | ||||
